We are sure you are going to love the simplicity and comfort of our carriers. Belle Baby Carriers will exchange or refund any product purchased from our website for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Refunds for non-defective products are for the purchase price only.
Please do us and the environment a favor and decide about the carrier before washing it or wearing it for too long. Once it has been washed or soiled, we cannot resell it and it becomes part of the trash pile.
We take great strides to ensure our product is super high quality, so we almost never have a product returned for defects. If it turns out our carrier is defective, it may be refunded or exchanged at any time. Once we receive the carrier, we will determine whether the product is defective or whether the issue was caused by mishandling or excessive wear and tear. Our carriers are very durable and strong, and should last many years with proper care. In the event of a defective carrier, you will be refunded your original purchase price and shipping charges, and we will provide you with a shipping label so that you do not incur any additional expense.
If you want to return your carrier, please contact us via email or phone, 303-482-2752, and let us know what the issue is. When contacting us we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address.
When submitting your carrier for a return or exchange, please be sure to send any returned merchandise standard ground shipping, and use a delivery service that provides a tracking number (for example, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS registered mail). Please prepay shipping charges. (We cannot accept returns via COD.)
Include your original packing slip if you have it. If you don’t have it, please include your name, address and the approximate time you ordered your carrier so we can find a record of your purchase. Include your RA number and the reason for your return or exchange. If you prefer to make an exchange, please indicate which item you are requesting in exchange.
Please note that merchandise purchased on our website cannot be returned to any of our retail partners and must be returned to Belle Baby Carriers. Merchandise that you purchase from locations other than our website must be returned to the location of purchase. However, if our retailers are not providing adequate customer service, feel free to contact us so that we can try to address your concerns.
In the event of a return, upon receipt of the carrier, Belle will credit the purchase price against the same account used for your original purchase, and the refund will be processed in most cases within two weeks of receipt of the carrier. Please note that for your security, credit card numbers are purged from our system 30 days after the order is processed. Therefore, if you return your carrier after that time, you will need to provide us with a credit card number to process your return.
In the event of an exchange, upon receipt of the carrier to be exchanged, Belle will send you the newly requested carrier. No additional charges will be incurred unless the carrier requested in exchange is a more expensive carrier than the original carrier purchased, in which case the difference will need to be charged to the customer before the new carrier is shipped.
